105: Amanda Russo: The Breathing Goddess
I loved this conversation with Amanda Russo, talking about breathwork and how it can actually heal us if we give it the chance.
I met Amanda just a couple of months ago, but we've been following each other for many months, so I'm excited to get some quality time with her. I'm inspired by her spontaneous nature, and her free spirit, and she is also SO intune to every moment.
Amanda focuses on breathwork because when she tried it the first time she had such an impactful session that she had to learn more and learned how to provide the same gift to others.
*Full disclosure* I'm scheduling a breathwork session with Amanda, so I feel more knowledgeable -- and also to do some healing personally. I'm fascinated by all the healing modalities, and am so curious to share whether I feel different afterward or not--
Amanda was a hoot! You can listen to the full conversation here!
